Platform: Getting started
Welcome to LunaLift
What LunaLift is, who it helps, and how it turns AI-search insight into action. Start here to get oriented before you onboard.
Updated 29 September 2026
LunaLift helps you win in AI search. It shows where you show up in AI answers like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google's AI Overviews, how those answers frame you, and what to do next to improve, then it helps you and your AI agent, Luna, act on it. As discovery moves from ten blue links to a single AI answer, being the source that answer trusts is the new front page.
Under the hood it is an agentic AEO (answer engine optimisation) platform: intelligence about how AI search sees you, your competitors, and your customers, plus automation that takes on much of the optimisation work for you.
The three questions LunaLift answers
Across the models your customers actually use, LunaLift keeps answering:
- Are we showing up? Your visibility, and the citations behind it.
- How are we being framed? The sentiment and positioning in the answers.
- What should we do next? Prioritised opportunities, and the tasks to capture them.
Who it helps
If you own how your brand shows up in AI answers, LunaLift is for you. In practice that is marketing and content teams driving demand from AI discovery, and agencies or consultants tracking and reporting AEO performance across several clients and competitors.
What you get out of it
- Measurable gains in AI visibility, citations, and AI-attributed traffic and conversions over time.
- A repeatable loop from insight to action to impact, instead of one-off prompt experiments.
How LunaLift collects data
LunaLift analyses AI search answers that your real customers would see. It goes the extra mile to analyse millions of cited webpages that AI uses to come to its conclusions. We then use the information of what is working best to optimise your search results while amplifying your expert voice and communicate your unique value and expertise.
What LunaLift does day to day
Once you are set up, LunaLift turns those insights into concrete moves:
- Find the real prompts people ask, and the intent behind them, so you know what to optimise and what to create.
- See your content gaps and the highest-priority opportunities against your competitors.
- Benchmark your AI visibility, sentiment, and citations against the competitors you choose.
- Get in-depth AEO analysis of your content and theirs.
- See which sources are recommending competitors, and where you can earn citations instead.
- Surface PR and backlink opportunities, with contact details where available.
- Draft publish-ready content in the studio using AEO frameworks.
- Connect your site for automated technical optimisation, so your content is machine-readable and AI-ready.
- Track visibility, citations, traffic, and AI-attributed conversions over time.
