API reference

The LunaLift REST API gives you programmatic access to your own AI-search data — visibility, sentiment, citations, AI-traffic and the company profile behind them — plus the operations that drive the platform. Every endpoint returns JSON and is scoped to a company you have access to.

Base URL

https://api.lunalift.ai

Authentication

Every request needs an app API key. Create one on the API keys settings page in the app; the key acts as its creating user and is scoped to your account. Send it on every request in either of two ways:

HeaderValue
AuthorizationBearer ll_your_api_key
X-API-Keyll_your_api_key

Keep keys server-side — they carry your account's access. Rotate or revoke them from the same settings page.

Finding your company ID

Most endpoints take a company_id. List the companies your key can access — and their IDs — with the check-in endpoint:

curl -X POST "https://api.lunalift.ai/user/user-checkin" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer ll_your_api_key"

The response's companies[].company_id values are the IDs you pass to the endpoints below.

Errors

StatusMeaning
401Missing or invalid API key.
403The key can't access that company.
422Validation error — check the request parameters or body.
